Drop-In Ice Plunge
Service Description
Our 90 minute sessions give you a space to explore the power of contrast therapy, building mental resilience and improving circulation, muscle recovery and so much more. Highly recommended after surfing or an intense day/week of yoga. The ice baths are open for 90 minute sessions and you can drop in at any time in that window. We keep the ice topped up and held as close to 3° as possible, but stop topping them up at the end of the time window. These sessions are supervised but not formally guided so ideally you'll have either some experience of ice bathing already, or have attended our Sunday Guided Ice & Breath session for a crash course. If you are a total first timer, please be in touch with us at point of booking as for safety reasons we can only have total newbies in the ice bath if one of our seasoned facilitators is onsite to be available if needed.

Cancellation Policy
Your reserved space is held until 5 minutes before class/session start time. If you have not registered at reception for the session by that time we will pass the space onto any waitlisted guests. To ensure we don't end up with any empty spaces in fully booked sessions, we ask you to PLEASE cancel your booking online if you are no longer able to attend. If you no-show you won't be able to book in with us again, so please do ensure to simply cancel out of anything you've booked but can no longer make by clicking through the cancellation option on your confirmation email.
