Your high-speed, in-depth deep dive into the world of sound healing. Whether you're just curious or thinking about adding sound to your personal toolkit, this session is all about the fusion of our core principles of sound healing: SCIENCE - ENERGETICS - MUSICOLOGY. Over three hours this workshop takes you on a whistlestop tour of the key sound healing storylines from ancient Egypt to the Himalayas and beyond, giving you time to explore and play a range of instruments including gongs, crystal and metal sound bowls, an array of drums and strings, handpans, flutes and more. Discover how sound and music shapes our lives, minds and hearts in ways you could only imagine - and be inspired to take this new knowledge home and into your life in new and unexpected ways...

Cancellation Policy
To ensure we don't end up with any empty mats and no-shows, we have a booking policy in place which requires any cancellations to be made 24 hours before your session. If you cancel within the 24 hours, or don't show up, we'll unfortunately have to charge you 50% of the session price. Because of this, we do require your card details when you book in but payment for the session will be taken in cash when you arrive. Thank you for understanding!
