Service Description
Enjoy 90 minutes in our sauna, steam room and ice tub area, soundtracked by a mix of live organic instruments and curated digital sound. The session is conducted as a meditation, with guests requests to avoid conversations, letting the sound hold their experience in the hot and cold transitions.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure we don't end up with any empty mats and no-shows, we have a booking policy in place which requires any cancellations to be made 24 hours before your session. If you cancel within the 24 hours, or don't show up, we'll unfortunately have to charge you 50% of the session price. Because of this, we do require your card details when you book in but payment for the session will be taken in cash when you arrive. Thank you for understanding!
