Service Description
This class is good for all levels, all ages, all bodies, all... everything! It will be a more dynamic, creative and flowing style of practice that takes influence not only from multiple styles of Yoga, but also Martial Arts and other Mixed Movement. There will be many options, so its a good practice for a complete Beginner or an Advanced practitioner... It’s on you to make it as hard as you want to, and there will be hard options, but as I always say, feel free to do as much or as little as you want!

Cancellation Policy
To ensure we don't end up with any empty mats and no-shows, we have a booking policy in place which requires any cancellations to be made 24 hours before your session. If you cancel within the 24 hours, or don't show up, we'll unfortunately have to charge you 50% of the session price. Because of this, we do require your card details when you book in but payment for the session will be taken in cash when you arrive. Thank you for understanding!
