Service Description
A dynamic and uplifting practice that blends breath centred movement, meditation, chanting and spiritual teachings. Rooted in the five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga - Ahimsa (non-violence), Bhakti (devotion), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (sound) and Shastra (scripture) - this class is open to all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. Except a banging playlist, hands-on assists, and philosophical insights: a balanced practice for both body and mind. Nicole's Yoga journey started back in 2006 when she was a dancer, but it quickly turned into something much deeper. Her love for movement and then the yoga practice naturally led her down a spiritual path, taking her across Asia to study and teach different wellness traditions. Her classes are fun, creative and uplifting- blending different yoga styles in a way that helps you feel lighter more grounded and completely relaxed.

Cancellation Policy
Your reserved space is held until 5 minutes before class/session start time. If you have not registered for the session by then we will pass the space onto any waitlisted guests. To ensure we don't end up with any empty spaces in fully booked sessions, we ask you to PLEASE cancel your booking online if you are no longer able to attend. If you no-show you won't be able to book in with us again, so please do ensure to simply cancel out of anything you've booked but can no longer make by clicking through the cancellation option on your confirmation email.
