Yoke was created as a space for learning, connecting and growing together, and was originally founded simply to create a space for our sound healing trainings to be held in nature and peace.

We're about illuminating the meandering path of personal growth with studies and experiences that expand the heart as well as the mind. We do intimate groups, tailored teaching, flexible price plans, personal connection and shared experiences.

We're absolutely NOT about capitalising wellness and filling trainings to a point of overflow, or delivering knowledge by reading from the same old playbook. We don't do learning by rote, ripped off manuals, or taking up teaching time holding lengthy photo opportunities!

The power is in the blend, so you'll find that ALL of our courses have a unique recipe that mixes up multiple modalities, and most are taught by at least two of our team - with additional guest facilitators adding a some special sauce that makes every experience one-of-a-kind.

We consider ourselves eternal students first and experienced teachers second - and we want to share the same desire to learn with you. Our courses are designed to build powerful foundations and take you to your very best version of self, whether you're here to teach, lead and share what you love, or simply to stoke the fires of your own curiosity by adding a new skill to your tookit.​
