We believe it's what you do AFTER you learn the basics that matters, because we all know that you only really learn to drive once you've passed your test and hit the open road.
We consider ourselves eternal students first and experienced teachers second - and we want to share the same empowerment with you. Our courses are designed to build on the basics and take you to your very best version of self, whether you're here to teach, lead and share what you love, or simply to stoke the fires of your own curiosity by adding a new toy to your tookit.
The power is in the blend, so you'll find that ALL of our courses have a unique recipe that mixes up multiple modalities, and most are taught by at least two of our team - with additional guest facilitators adding a some special sauce that makes every experience one-of-a-kind.

Sound Healing for Yoga Teachers
May 2nd-3rd 2025
Announcing a final mini-training this season, the perfect top-up for yogis and facilitators looking to integrate soundwork into their offerings!
Over two juicy and jam-packed days, learn the basics of sound healing across the pillars of SCIENCE, ENERGETICS and MUSIC THEORY.
This ACCREDITED course (with IPHM) will teach you how to work with sound basics safely, creatively and knowledgeably.
Get basic training and insider hacks across a range of sound healing instruments including:
• metal bowls
• crystal bowls
• handheld gongs
• tuning forks
• harmonium/shruti
*chimes and percussion
This training will give you the confidence to get started on your sound healing journey with savasana sound baths, on-body sound adjustments and awesome new skills to uplevel your classes.
