Your high-speed, in-depth deep dive into the world of sound healing. Whether you're just curious or thinking about adding sound to your personal toolkit, this session is all about the fusion of our core principles of sound healing: SCIENCE - ENERGETICS - MUSICOLOGY. Over 2.5 hours this workshop takes you on a whistlestop tour of the key sound healing storylines from ancient Egypt to the Himalayas and beyond, giving you time to explore and play a range of instruments including gongs, crystal and metal sound bowls, an array of drums and strings, handpans, flutes and more. Discover how sound and music shapes our lives, minds and hearts in ways you could only imagine - and be inspired to take this new knowledge home and into your life in new and unexpected ways...

Cancellation Policy
Your reserved space is held until 5 minutes before class/session start time. If you have not registered at reception for the session by that time we will pass the space onto any waitlisted guests. To ensure we don't end up with any empty spaces in fully booked sessions, we ask you to PLEASE cancel your booking online if you are no longer able to attend. If you no-show you won't be able to book in with us again, so please do ensure to simply cancel out of anything you've booked but can no longer make by clicking through the cancellation option on your confirmation email.
