The Yoke Spa is a lush little oasis in our private garden, a natural space for relaxation but also intended as an opportunity to clear the lens with which you see the world, a chance to tune inwards, and explore the powerful benefits and science of optimisation practices like contrast therapy.

Our vision for integrated methods runs through the rhythm of the spa too, with special attention paid to the intentional soundscape that fills the whole spa and garden area, and an array of unique treatments crafted from the weaving of multiple massage, bodywork and energetic traditions.

As well as the Finnish-style pinewood sauna, aromatherapy powered steam room and relaxation sanctuary, we have an outdoor cold shower and ice/cool plunge baths. We are also planting a garden kitchen of medicinal herbs and plants which are used to make your aromatherapeutic/ayurvedic spa extras - think salty herby scrubs, natural eucalyptus whips, and rose lotus oils.

The Spa spills out into our Temple snack bar area, so you can grab a refreshing cooler or wellness latte to enjoy whilst you press your feet into the to the soft lawn and relax amidst the serene green space.

We run daily drop in sessions at the Spa - ADVANCE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL as daily numbers are limited - please reserve your spot via the links below.

Your pass includes 90 minutes access to the sauna, steam, and cool plunge, with add-on salty, scrubby and oily additions from our aromatherapy/ ayurvedic product kitchen designed to give your session that little va-va-voom.

**PLEASE NOTE we run up to three ice baths depending on numbers. You do not get a bath to yourself, everyone in the session (up to 10 people) shares. We keep topping up ice and water levels throughout the session.

Fruits, teas and infused water are included to keep you going through plenty of lounging time in our gorgeous garden.

For ice baths, if you are new to cold water exposure please be sure to take our Intro to Ice workshop BEFORE attending a self-guided spa session.

For regular spa devotees we have discounted passes for 5 and 10 sessions.

Choose from full spa access or for serious cold water aficionados, go ice only and commit to your cold water practice.

You still need to book our slot in advance online, but a Spa Pass gives you up to 20% off the pay-as-you-go price.

The professional services aspect of the spa is a curation of east-meets-west offerings at the intersection of science and magic.

Our current guest therapist is DR. RAVI KRISHNA (India) who offers a range of therapeutic bodywork experiences including restorative massage, Marma massage, and express options. Check Ravi out @dr.ravikrishnayoga

You can also book tuning fork therapy, as well as 1:1 sound healing or Usui Reiki with our founder Janie @_silenceandnoise_ as well as astrology or palmistry with our Head of Yoga Lou-Anne @gipsyshantiyoga.
